Durins Fluch 

- war von Anbeginn bereits da und hat bei der Musik der Ainur mitgemacht

- hat alle Valar gesehen

- war in Valinor, Beleriand, Utumno, Angband, Gondolin

- hat Ungoliant gesehen und gegen sie gekämpft

- hat Morgoth, Sauron und Gothmog gedient

- hat Earendil, Ancalagon und den Krieg des Zorns gesehen

- hat die Namenlosen Wesen gesehen
